*and not yet in school A WOMAN has been viciously assaulted while walking her dog.
The woman, 51, was in Cathkin Braes Country Park, Glasgow, when her pet was set upon by another dog on September 20.
After an exchange of words with two male dog-walkers, both parties went their separate ways.
She was then followed by a man, punched in the face and kicked to the ground.

“I am not kidding. I didn’t want to go with him because of how hot he was.”
Now she’s glad she put in the work and the pair are blissfully happy.
Sofia, who got hitched to Joe, 40, in Palm Beach, Florida, in 2015, reckons the secret to a good marriage is “physical work”.
She said: “It shouldn’t be work – a lot of work. Physical work, yes, but psychological work, it shouldn’t be.
“I sometimes make Joe eggs in the morning. He also makes them really good when he does breakfast.
“The good thing now is that I have money and I can get someone to cook for me. Before, it was all avocado toast and things I could do fast.”
Her fiery Latino spirit – often seen in Modern Family, which is back for a new series on Sky1 – is more than a match for Joe’s Italian roots.
Joe, who also played a werewolf in True Blood, has helped Sofia through a long-running frozen embryo legal battle involving her ex-fiancé Nicholas M Loeb, who she split from in 2014, after he tried to take control of two embryos they had together.
Sofia, who has a 25-year-old son Manolo from her first marriage, said of Joe: “He is Italian so gets me completely and I get him. He is loud like me. He is very passionate, like me. We are so happy we found each other.”
Sofia was discovered by a photographer on a Colombian beach and starred in a Latin American Pepsi commercial when she was 17.
