Despicable thug who kidnapped, tortured and murdered a 15-year-old boy sues prison to have a penis enlargement pump returned to him .. because Viagra pills jail doctor prescribed made him unwell
WHINGEING race-hate killer Imran “Baldy” Shahid is suing a prison governor because he wants his penis pump back.
Shahid, serving 25 years for the murder of 15-year-old Kriss Donald, also wants his Xbox console returned.
RACE-HATE killer Imran Shahid is suing a prison governor – to get his penis pump back.
The whingeing brute, who is serving 25 years for the murder of 15-year-old Kriss Donald in 2004, also wants to play his games console again.
At a civil court hearing in Peterhead, the thug nicknamed Baldy, was handcuffed and flanked by two guards as he outlined his demands.
Shahid, 40, told Sheriff Robert Dickson that he needed a penis pump to treat his erectile dysfunction.
Since it was seized, Shahid said he’s been relying on Viagra which he claimed makes him suffer unspecified “serious” side-effects.
He is also demanding back a confiscated Xbox 360 and a collection of about 100 games – or £3000 in compensation.
Shahid was ringleader of a local gang of racist thugs who kidnapped Kriss Donald off the streets of Glasgow in 2004 because he was white.
They drove the terrified teenager around Scotland for hours as he begged for mercy before stabbing him 13 times and setting him on fire while he was still alive.
Kriss was picked on in revenge for an attack on Shahid at a Glasgow nightclub the night before by a white gang.
He was chosen as a “white boy from the McCulloch Street area” of Pollokshields despite having no involvement in the nightclub attack or in any gang activity.
Shahid and his fellow killers – his brother Zeeshan and Mohammed Faisal Mushtaq – fled to Pakistan but were brought back to face trial.
All three were found guilty of murder in 2006 and received sentences of life imprisonment.
Daanish Zahid had previously been jailed for Kriss’s murder and Zahid Mohammed got five years for abduction and assault.
Shahid was transferred to HMP Grampian in Peterhead after a series of violent incidents at other jails around the country.
In 2013, he was battered over the
head with a 15kg weight by murderer William Crawford in the gym at Kilmarnock prison.
He has also been involved in incidents at Saughton and Perth prisons.
On Thursday, he turned up at Peterhead Sheriff Court for discussion proceedings to determine whether the dispute merits a full hearing with prison rules to support his claims.
Shahid was representing himself and Peterhead governor Allister Purdie was represented by solicitor Ross Fairweather.
Shahid told Sheriff Dickson the governor had no legal right to deny him his penis pump.
A medical professional, he claimed, had advised prison staff that he required it as an alternative treatment for erectile dysfunction in 2015.
Instead, he has had to rely on the drug Viagra, which he said causes “serious” side effects.
Shahid insisted: “It does not say anywhere (in the prison rules) that the governor has the right to query that.
“I’m being superseded by a governor who has zero medical experience.”
Fairweather argued that Shahid’s pump was taken away after a doctor queried its need.
He said: “While it may not be a security risk, it’s not medically necessary,” and said prolonged use could be harmful.
Shahid is also seeking £3000 to recoup what he spent on the Xbox and games while inside prison.
The console was taken away in case he used it to gain illicit access to the internet.
Shahid is now attempting to prove that he has no way of reactivating the net on it. Discussions about the cases will continue next month.
Yesterday, Scottish Tory justice spokesman Liam Kerr said the case “makes a mockery of the system” and called for it to be thrown out of court.
Earlier this year, it emerged Shahid was claiming to be Jewish to get better food behind bars. In a ploy copied from TV show Orange is the New Black, Shahid converted to Judaism so warners had to serve him more expensive kosher meals.
He previously used his Muslim faith in a failed bid to win damages for being kept in solitary confinement while Ramadan prayers were held.
The Scottish Prison Service said they wouldn’t comment “on individual cases” and noted proceedings were continuing.
