INVERURIE boss Neil Cooper has called on his side not to let up as they aim to follow up last week’s triumph over Buckie by dumping Fort William today.
The 3-0 triumph over the defending champions amounted to a statement of intent from Cooper’s Harlaw Park side.
A far more modest test lies in store in Lochaber this afternoon.
But ex-Aberdeen coach Cooper wants to keep the momentum going after seven wins from nine games.
Cooper said: “I was delighted with the Buckie victory because I knew it would be a difficult game.
“The players deserve enormous credit, along with the backroom team.
“I’m a manager in name but football is a team game and that team goes all the way up to the chairman and includes everyone else involved with the club.
“Locos are a fantastic club and I hope the supporters are enjoying their football because the guys are doing fantastically well at this moment in time. But the onus is on us to build on the form and maintain it.”
