TOM LAWRENCE scored a brilliant solo goal but Wales were held as Armando Cooper grabbed an equaliser in injury-time.

Derby’s Lawrence made the breakthrough 15 minutes from time as he cut in from the left past three defenders before curling a low right-foot finish into the bottom corner.

But Panama earned a point from Cooper’s low right-foot finish.
