It’s Lorraine’s telly

-

WE’VE all seen Lorraine Kelly on the telly. But now we can get a sneak peek at the chat show queen’s own televisions, along with all the other fixtures and fittings of her day-to-day life. Lorraine, 57, is selling her home in Dundee – and the estate agent’s brochure reveals the seven-bedroom 1927 detached house in all its glory. It’s been described as “one of the finest houses in Broughty Ferry” – the city’s poshest suburb. The TV presenter bought it seven years ago and gave it a major makeover, including new double glazing, an electric

Aga and renovation of the bathroom, master en suite and shower room.

But the house, on the market for offers over £825,000, retains its original panelling, pitch pine doors and staircase, plaster ceiling decoration, cornices and fireplaces.

There is a summerhouse, a paved seating area and a sheltered and paved courtyard with a hot tub.

Estate agent Savills say: “The layout and presentation of the house are ideal for both modern family living and for entertaining.”

And if you want to see where Dundee United fan Lorraine watches telly herself, there are at least four – two in living rooms and two in the bedrooms.
