Racist murderer’s action against jail bosses is a flop
RACE hate killer Imran “Baldy” Shahid will have to spend the rest of his time behind bars without his penis pump.
The sadistic murderer will also have to make do without his Xbox 360 after a court dismissed claims to have them returned.
Shahid, 39 – caged for life for the brutal 2004 murder of Glasgow schoolboy Kriss Donald – had launched a civil action against prison bosses earlier this year.
He said he needed the sex aid because he suffered from erectile dysfunction.
He also said the Xbox was confiscated unfairly – but Sheriff Kevin Drummond was having none of it at Peterhead Civil Court yesterday.
Shahid led a gang who snatched 15-yearold Kriss off the street in Glasgow’s south side simply because he was white.
They drove the terrified teen around Scotland for hours before stabbing him, pouring petrol over him and setting him on fire while he was still alive.
Shahid was jailed for at least 25 years. He is being held in Peterhead after serving time in Perth, Kilmarnock and Saughton prisons.
In January, we told how he was claiming to be Jewish to get expensive kosher meals. He previously used his Muslim faith in a failed bid to win damages for being kept in solitary.
In this week’s action, he said jail governor Allister Purdie had no right to confiscate his penis pump and he now had to use Viagra, which gives him “serious” side-effects.
He also sought the return of his Xbox 360, which was confiscated because inmates can use it to access the internet.
Sheriff Drummond dismissed both cases but said Shahid might be due compensation for the Xbox because it was removed after a rule change.
