Testing timefor Stokes
BEN STOKES could miss more cricket as the date for his trial for affray clashes with England’s Lord’s Test against India.
The court case begins on August 6 and should last between five and seven days while the second Test starts on August 9.
But with the first Test at Edgbaston due to finish on August 5 there is a case for Stokes to be pulled from that game as with such a major event looming at the end of it, the question over whether he can concentrate on cricket will have to be asked.
