Larks could pull plug on Biffy festival
BIFFY Clyro and Paolo Nutini could be among the acts barred from playing at a music festival next summer over concerns they will upset local birds.
The organisers behind Lovebox Festival want to hold two new events at Wanstead Flats in London next year but could be thwarted by skylarks.
Pendulum, Nine Inch Nails, Jess Glynne and the Stereophonics are also on the bill.
Campaigners say loud music from the events could impact on the wildlife of surrounding areas in the middle of breeding season.
Planners said the proposals would be environmentally assessed.
