Broadband loyalty costs hundreds

-

LOYALTY to broadband providers is costing households hundreds of pounds a year, according to a Which? report.

They said some people are paying almost 90 per cent more than customers on introductory offers.

On average, those who remain loyal pay 15 per cent more than those on the cheapest deals.

TalkTalk had the most loyal customers of 12 firms surveyed, with nine in 10 staying at least three years.

Eight in 10 BT customers had stuck with them for three years or more.

Alex Neill of Which? said: “Suppliers should fight hard for your loyalty, not take it for granted.”
