YESTERDAY, we reported on the bravery of Viper MacDonald and his son Brandon, who were given awards by the police for saving girls in a playpark from a sex beast.

The pair restrained John Bermingham, a convicted child abuser, in Falkirk.

Police Scotland presented the father and son with bravery awards during a ceremony earlier this week.

And our online readers were delighted to see the pair being honoured.
