Saints exit for Forster

FORMER Celtic keeper Fraser Forster is set to be dumped by Southampton.

The 30-year-old, who won three SPL titles and two Scottish Cups while at Parkhead, hasn’t played for Saints this season.

His hopes of getting a fresh start under a new boss Ralph Hasenhuttl have been wrecked.

Hasenhuttl said: “I made the choice to have two strong keepers and Angus Gunn and Alex McCarthy have done well.

“Fraser can be an option for other clubs. That’s what we try to force.”
