Andy’s handy with a camera

MIRROR mirror on the wall, who’s the cleverest of them all? That would be photographer Andy Rouse, who took these stunning images of birds and animals reflected in a pool.

Andy, who is world-renowned for his wildlife photos, spent hours sitting in silence in a hide in Kircudbright to get the shots, using a camera with a silent drive so the noise of a motor wouldn’t frighten the animals off. He said: “It was worth the wait.”
