MENGA TO GO IT A LOAN
GARY HOLT has revealed Dolly Menga looks set to leave Livingston after being allowed to explore a loan move to Angola. The striker will miss tomorrow’s Betfred Cup opener against Falkirk after being granted permission to travel to Africa. Menga, 26, is desperate to force his way back into the Angola team and believes a switch to the country could help his cause, with Atletico Petroleos de Luanda understood to be vying for his signature.
Holt said: “One of the top Angolan sides has made a loan offer to take him. He’s prepared to sign another deal here to go.
“Dolly made it clear he’d like to explore the opportunity so I’m not going to stand in his way. If it doesn’t happen we’ll welcome him back with open arms.”
