Paul’s past is back to haunt him

Despite sinister Kel’s advice about moving on from the past, Paul is finding it hard to forget what happened between them – and so is Billy, who is later horrified to spot Kel bringing Joseph home from school.

Paul insists to the vicar that even though he was underage, he consented to the relationship. However, when he later joins his mum and Kel in the Rovers, Bernie gets out some old family photos that remind Paul of just how young he was when the abuse took place.

Elsewhere, Gary beats up Ryan over the money he owes, unaware that the attack is being watched by Adam’s private detective.

Chesney and Gemma receive worrying news at the scan. Shona realises she’s going to have to tell David about Max’s recent bad behaviour, and James opens up to Michael about his sexuality, admitting Aggie already knows – which means only Ed is still in the dark.
