Buck stops at boss

-

WHILE I feel very sorry for most of the staff who have lost their jobs at Thomas Cook, the buck must stop with the top management who have killed off this iconic company.

Peter Fankhauser, the chief executive, was paid £1.8million in 2017, while the company was up to its neck in debt.

Surely this is not only wrong but immoral?

The company would have to sell 163,636 holidays just to pay his wage, while shop staff were being paid a fraction of this.
