MICHAEL Jackson faces trial over allegations he sexually molested two young boys – 10 years after his death.

In a landmark US legal ruling, the late King Of Pop’s accusers have been given the green light to once again claim millions in compensation.

Wade Robson and James Safechuck, child companions of the troubled superstar,

BY JACK ANDREWS saw lawsuits relating to years of grooming and sexual abuse thrown out in 2017.

The pair hit the buffers twice over the technical issue that cases can only be considered eight years at the latest after the reported incident.

Now, Bill 218, approved by Governor Gavin Newsom, has extended

California’s limit on reporting childhood sexual assault to 22 years.

And Jacko’s alleged victims are planning to return to court to sue the star, who died in 2009 aged 50.

Their lawyer, Vince Finaldi, said: “All they’ve ever wanted is their day in court.”

The pair revealed their side of the story in HBO and Channel 4 documentary Leaving Neverland.
