TATT’S A RAP
RAP fan Nikki Paterson has 23 tattoos of Eminem – and hopes Guinness World Records will recognise the achievement.
She has been having inkings of the Lose Yourself artist done since she was 19 and has sent in pictures of all her tattoos in a bid to claim the record.
But officials want more proof. Nikki, 34, from Bridge of Don, Aberdeen,

“I submitted my photos as proof but they take it a lot more seriously than I first thought. “I have to get a dermatologist to count the tattoos and measure them, and the representatives at Guinness World Record essentially have to write a report saying how many I have and where they are. “They are basing the world record on the 13 Eminem portraits I have. It’s a new record, they haven’t had it before, so I’m pretty confident I’ll get it unless someone else comes forward and breaks it.”
Nikki, who runs a nail business, has had 47 tattoos since the first when she was 18.
She has been listening to Eminem – real name Marshall Mathers – since she was 14 and believes the rapper has seen her tattoos.
Nikki said: “I’ve seen him live seven times.
“When people see my tattoos at Eminem concerts they go wild and stop for pictures.
“I met his photographer in Abu Dhabi at a concert last year and he took photos of them to show Eminem.
“He’s really important to me and I love having tattoos of him. It feels like a way of expressing it when I haven’t felt able to before.”
