Cavani to seal deal at United

- TRANSFER ROUND-UP

EDINSON CAVANI will complete his move to Manchester United today.

Cavani flew into Manchester last night to undergo a medical after agreeing a two-year-deal worth £200,000-a-week.

The 33-year-old Uruguayan will join United on a free transfer after leaving Paris St- Germain in June.

United will also sign Porto left-back Alex Telles for £13.5million, plus £1.5m in add-ons, on a four-year deal.

ANTONIO RUDIGER is set to leave Chelsea today, but Callum HudsonOdoi will stay at the club.

Rudiger will move on loan, with Spurs and Paris St-Germain his most likely destinations.

Winger Hudson-Odoi will stay at the club after Chelsea could not agree a deal with Bayern Munich.

LEEDS are closing in on the £15.2m capture of Rennes’ Brazilian winger Raphinha, rising to £20.6m. He cost Rennes just over £15m last year from Sporting Lisbon and Leeds’ offer has tempted them to cash in on the South American.

Marcelo Bielsa wants two more players before tonight’s deadline and is keen on Manchester United’s Dan James.

EVERTON winger Theo Walcott is a wanted man and could go on deadline day. His former club Southampton have made enquiries, and he has also been linked with Crystal Palace. Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti rates the 31-year-old but the club is keen to cut the wage bill.

WEST HAM are hopeful they can snap up QPR left-back Ryan Manning for just £5m.

The Irish defender has not played for QPR this season with Mark Warburton reluctant to involve him due to the continuing uncertainty over his future.

Hammers chief David Moyes is a fan of Manning and has kept tabs on him.
