THE family of a Scots mum feared murdered in Spain have pleaded with witnesses to “look to their conscience” five years after she vanished.

Lisa Brown was 32 when she disappeared from her home in Guadiaro, near San Roque, in 2015.

Her family yesterday begged anyone with information to come forward and claim a £100,000 reward.

Lisa’s sister Helen Jordan wrote in the Find Lisa social media group: “In the last few months, life has changed for us all. Maybe you have lost your job, haven’t been able to work and are finding things dif ficult. Maybe your loyalties have changed or you have had time to think and your conscience is bothering you.

“Whatever the reason, we are still offering a lifechanging/ substantial reward for information on where Lisa could be or the conviction of her murder.”

Lisa, from Alexandria in Dunbartonshire, who had lived abroad since she was 18, was reported missing after failing to collect her son Marco from school.

Her ex-boyfriend, Simon Corner, was at the centre of a murder probe after Lisa’s disappearance. Police said they believed a “violent episode” had taken place at her home but a judge closed the investigation last year.

Helen added: “Life hasn’t moved on for us. We still hope and wait on news that could tell us where she is or bring her justice. Maybe then we can try and pick up our lives again and give us some peace.

“We will never again be the family we were. But not knowing where she is and her killer/killers getting away with this we will never get over or accept.”
