Get your claws off my nuts
A FEISTY red squirrel squares up to a hungry pheasant trying to nab its hazelnuts.
Amateur photographer Louise Phillips, 40, who caught the clash in Blairgowrie, Perthshire, said the gutsy rodent started the spat.
The Dunfermline GP added: “The squirrel attacked first and the pheasant jumped and clawed back. I think it realised it had bit off more than it could chew.”
