SPRINT star Dina AsherSmith is glad the Tokyo Olympics have been pushed back 12 months to the summer of 2021.

The Londoner, one of Great Britain’s biggest track medal hopes, had been worried how the coronavirus lockdown would affect her chances.

She said: “I had no idea of how I would train to an Olympic standard from inside my flat.

“In the weirdest sense I was relieved when the Games were postponed.”
