Car hunt is driving me crazy
I USUALLY consider myself quite an intelligent young lady, or at least the streetwise type.
Well, nothing has baffled me more than trying to find and finance a car for the past few months.
Honestly, every single person I’ve spoken to seems to have a different opinion as to the best way of buying new wheels.
Of course, my taste in cars has to be the most expensive to run and repair. I shan’t repeat the lovely word my dad called me after I shared with him a few of my ideal car models.
From leasing new and overpriced automobiles that lose value like an ice lolly on a summer’s day (sorry, that was bad) to buying a “few years old with possible problems later down the line”, all the added extras, i.e. the spec, I’m over it.
At this rate I’ll be in a Smart car or a three-wheeler Robin Reliant, like the one the Trotters drove in Only Fools and Horses, with Buddy on the roof. Watch this space. Well don’t, because I definitely won’t be able
to get into it.
