Logging off

COLUMNIST Darren McGarvey said in yesterday’s issue: “Why it’s not always wise to overshare your gory details”. He refers to people who can’t do anything without putting it on social media and the effect it has on their mental health.

I stopped using social media last year and it is a breath of fresh air to not have it in my life. It is definitely an addiction.

People who think it’s a normal way of life have got a problem.
