Lamb rogan josh (serves two)

Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a large casserole dish. Add 1 onion and fry until softened. Add 300g diced lamb and fry until browned. Add 50g rogan josh curry paste and 50g coconut cream, fry for five minutes. Reduce heat and simmer on low for one hour until tender. Just before serving, stir in 50g spinach. Serve with steamed vegetables.

Sea bass with veg and brown butter

Add 2 tbsp butter to a small non-stick saucepan over a medium heat. Add a small handful of almond slivers and fry until golden brown and the butter is browned. Set aside. Steam sea bass fillets and serve with butter sauce and steamed vegetables.

Steak and mushroom sauce

 Cook steak to your liking. Fry 100g button mushrooms with one clove crushed garlic and cook until softened. Add 100ml double cream, ½ tsp wholegrain mustard and ½ tsp oregano. Season. Reduce heat and cook for one to two minutes. Serve with green veg.

Special fried rice (serves two)

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large wowok, add 2 minced garlic cloves and fry for 30 seconds. Add 12120g frozen peas, 120g sugar snap peas, 2 diced carrots ca and cook for three to five minutes. Add 60g cooked c brown rice, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp chilli paste. p Turn off the heat h and serve with 4 fried eggs, sesame seeds s and spring onions.
