He demanded her phone amid claims she had filmed him vandalising a shop.

Platt pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to assault with intent to rob.

He was sentenced to six months but was told to serve 154 days from a jail term he’d been freed from.

A LEARNER driver crashed while more than four times the alcohol limit – two days after boozing heavily on his 18th birthday.

Jamie Ogg was still feeling the effects from the party when he tried to drive to a local shop at 7.45am.

He skidded on ice in his Audi A1 and crashed through a garden fence in Brightons, Falkirk.

He was breath tested at 93mg per 100ml.

The apprentice joiner pleaded guilty yesterday to drink-driving, careless driving, driving without L-plates and unsupervised having not passed his test.

Ogg was told to do 70 hours of unpaid work, and banned for 16 months.

Lawyer Simon Hutchinson told Falkirk Sheriff Court: “He had a binge drinking session from his 18th birthday a couple of days before.”
