WIN the Scottish Cup this season and secure a third-place finish in the top flight. A big ask perhaps but then Glass is filling big shoes. He has to prove he can pack a bigger punch than Derek McInnes managed over the years.

WINNING the Scottish Cup would be a great start. However, just making sure the Dons turn in some good performances to lay foundations is fair enough.

SAME as it always is at Pittodrie, third spot and a bash at the cups. Silverware is success and an entertaining team is the promise Glass has to live up to.

ABERDEEN were dismal for large parts of their win over Livingston and Glass should know major changes are required. Budget dictates everything in the Premiership. He needs to land a European place and take his side to a major domestic final. No pressure.
