PAUL HECKINGBOTTOM claims gaffers will be lining up to take charge of relegated Sheffield United.

A Willian Jose strike on the hour ensured the Blades’ Championship demotion with six games left – a joint-fastest relegation in Premier League history.

But the caretaker insists Bramall Lane is a major lure for plenty of hopeful bosses.

Heckingbottom said: “It’s 100 per cent a tempting job for someone. Why wouldn’t you? It’s a fantastic club that’s just come down from the Premier League with ambition to get back.

“These kind of jobs don’t come round very often so people will be queuing up, knocking the door down, constantly ringing, trying to get in front of the others.”
