Has Kate survived?

LUCKILY Kate did think a dodgy lorry park was a weird spot to have a catch-up drink with her boss Jo, inset, so she texted her mate DS Steve Arnott, who alerted AC-12... but not in time.

Creator Jed Mercurio’s set picture, posted last year and showing Kate in a yet-to-be-shown scene, suggests she might survive. Although it could have ended up on the cutting room floor.

Craig Parkinson, who starred in the show as bent cop “Dot” Cottan, recently said he had a hunch one of the three main characters would be killed off.

“I feel something tragic is going to happen to somebody we love,” he predicted.

This is not helping our nerves. Fingers crossed Ryan is the one to cop it.
