A NEW study has shown Celtic have made more passes than any other side in world football apart from Paris St-Germain this season.

New manager Ange Postecoglo­u has tried to change the way the team play and the study by the Swiss-based CIES Football Observator­y, over 36 domestic leagues worldwide, including 32 in Europe and four in North and South America, has Celtic making 708 passes in four league games – behind only the superstars of PSG with 738 passes in the same amount of games.

Celtic are fourth in the world for successful­ly complete passes at 90.3 per cent – behind only PSG, Lazio and Shakhtar Donetsk.
