Sun can help stave off MS

-

A HALF-HOUR walk every day can halve the risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS), scientists claim.

It adds to evidence that vitamin D – produced during exposure to sunlight – has a protective effect.

Researchers at California University found that those who spent an average of 30 minutes to an hour outside daily in summer had a 52 per cent lower chance of getting devastating neurological conditions.
