SORT YOUR LIFE OUT WITH STACEY SOLOMON
BBC1, 8pm
STACEY Solomon deserves an OBE for services to clutter. She has been changing people’s lives, one label at a time, and it makes for surprisingly emotional viewing.
In this final episode, she and the team visit Kelly and Dan Waller in Essex, who are drowning in stuff.
It’s been made worse after they were forced to empty the contents of their triple garage into the house when they converted it into an annex for Kelly’s poorly mum Linda and dad Les. Kelly said: “It’s a very busy, messy, chaotic household. It’s always full of noise.”
Dan added: “It’s like a Barbie assault course,” referring to the doll collection of six-year-old Neve.
Meanwhile, 11-year-old Harriet needs a clear desk for school, and there’s a ginormous great Dane called Parker that slobbers everywhere.
As always, it’s a slog and a half to get rid of everything they don’t need, with a heartwarming transformation that sets off waterworks all round.
