The show followed transgender model Miriam Rivera as she lived in a villa in Ibiza with six men and chose one as her romantic partner who would also win a £10,000 prize.
The reality programme revealed to the men that Miriam was transgender in a dramatic final episode.
And the men went on to sue Sky One before the programme aired in 2003.
