Slim shade it for hit in the capital

-

WHEN Ange Postecoglou crashed to a Tynecastle defeat in his first domestic game, few people expected him to head back there with Celtic in the title hunt.

But the Aussie has responded superbly to those teething troubles and his Hoops are McBookie’s 8/11 favourites to beat Hearts tonight.

Both league meetings this season have been tight, with Celtic gaining revenge for that 2-1 loss last July with a 1-0 home victory.

So I fancy a one-goal winning margin for either side tonight and that pays 7/5 with McBookie.

This fixture can often be fiery and that makes over 4.5 cards another good option at 23/20 with the same firm.

Rangers dropped points at Pittodrie a week ago but should get back on track with a win at home to Davie Martindale’s Livingston.

The Ibrox side are just 2/11 at Coral for the victory but combining that with under 3.5 goals increases the odds to 10/11.

There’s a massive clash at the bottom of the table as crisis club St Johnstone host Dundee. It should be cagey and I fancy the halftime draw at 20/21 (bet365) while backing most goals to come after the break pays 6/5 (McBookie).

Dundee United host Ross County and BTTS appeals at 19/20 (SportNation) as it’s come up in the Staggies’ last six league games.

Tonight’s other Premiership match sees Motherwell host Hibs and I’m going for the card market where Joe Newell looks overpriced to fall foul of the ref at 12/5 (bet365).

Super singles: Over 4.5 cards at Tynecastle (23/20, McBookie). Rangers win and under 3.5 goals

(10/11, Coral).
