MPs SANCTIONED

NO SNP MPs have been sanctioned by Vladimir Putin in a Russian ban on politicians in the Commons.

The Kremlin is targeting 287 British MPs, according to Russian media.

Embarrassingly, the hit list is years out of date and includes several Tory MPs who gave up or lost their seats in 2019.

It also excludes some outspoken critics of Putin, including Labour’s Chris Bryant and the SNP’s defence spokesman Stewart McDonald.
