Puppy farm crackdown Bill is back

AN MSP is relaunching a private member’s Bill to tackle puppy farming and unlicensed breeding.

SNP MSP Christine Grahame’s Welfare of Dogs (Scotland) Bill ran out of time before last year’s Holyrood election.

Grahame said the surge of people exploited by dealers during lockdown made it “even more important now than it was before the pandemic”.
