Ban phones in chamber
IF AN MP has been looking at porn in the chamber he should be banned and a by-election held.
On a broader matter, MPs should not have their phones on in the chamber. It is bad when one views the debates/ discussions that so often MPs are distracted by their phones so they cannot be doing the job the electorate voted them into do.
There will be nothing on their phones that requires immediate action. If something is urgent then I am sure there are ways of getting an MP out of the chamber.
