Worse than war

HOW can anyone in their right mind say the situation between Russia and Ukraine is a war?

I have lived through a war where the armed forces in our country fought bravely against the German troops. They did not kill innocent children and other civilians in cold blood as the Russians are doing.

No, this is not a war, it is mass murder and genocide and those responsible should be brought to book. I cringe when I hear these atrocities described as war.
