CELTIC can be officially crowned champions at Tannadice tonight but Rangers fans are convinced nothing will steal their thunder.

The Ibrox men have got all eyes on Seville next week – and nicking all the credit.

The same can not be said for European competition, where it is lauded as a great achievement if any of them are still competing after Christmas. If Rangers win the Europa League this can be viewed as a far greater achievement than winning the Premiership.”

Alfie Mullen, London, said: “When Celtic get over the line, it will be a hollow victory. They will be handed the title courtesy of dodgy decisions by officials.

“If VAR was in play, Rangers would be two points ahead in the league with two fixtures still to play. Rangers should be looking at a potential treble rather than a double.”
