Charles and Boris to clash over Rwanda
BORIS Johnson faces talks with Prince Charles after his plan to deport asylum seekers to Rwanda sparked outrage.
The PM is due to meet the future king at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in the capital Kigali.
The summit is near the hostel where asylum seekers were due to be forced from Britain under a £120million deal.
Yet Johnson has no plan to visit the site, after the first removal flight was grounded by the European Court of Human Rights.
The Prince of Wales is reported to have branded the policy “appalling”.
The PM’s spokesman said. “Obviously they will encounter each other but they are due to have a bilateral discussion as well.”
