2 on murder attempt rap

TWO men, aged 21 and 22, have been charged over the attempted murder of a 36-year-old man.

Emergency services were called to an alleged stabbing in Paton Drive in Larbert, Stirlingshire, at about 6.45pm on Saturday.

The victim was flown to Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where his condition is described as “serious but stable”.

Two men were arrested in connection with the incident and have now been charged with attempted murder.
