WITHIN a free democracy everyone is entitled to their opinion, whether others agree or no.

But with respect to the anti-abortionists in the US, as well as the SNP MSP John Mason, would they agree if their wives or daughters died in the event of having to go through childbirth or after being raped?

It’s amazing how these God-fearing individuals change their tune when it comes to their door.

THE logic of the Republican Party in the US is very odd. They are fanatical about

banning abortion to protect the “unborn child” but are quite happy to allow their population to own military-style guns which have in recent times been used to murder the “born child”.
