Shop pervert gave booze to girl of 13
A SLEAZY shop worker gave booze to a 13-year-old girl and asked her to marry him over Instagram.
Vinit Kotadiya, 23, sent messages despite her telling him her age after meeting the girl at the store where he worked.
He presented her with the “gift” of a rucksack containing £120 and bottles of vodka and Dragon Soop in Tranent, East Lothian.
But the victim’s mum became suspicious and called police after finding out about Kotadiya through social media.
Kotadiya pleaded guilty yesterday to sending offensive or indecent messages early last year.
He also admitted giving alcohol to the girl.
Sentence was deferred at Edinburgh Sheriff Court for reports.
