Indy would fix nothing
THE announcement of another attempt to break the country up is depressing.
But what is worse is that now and for years to come all people will be talking about is the constitution – again.
There will be no genuine attempt to sort out the enormous NHS waiting lists, no interest in trying to improve an education system that has become an international joke, a drug deaths crisis that is a horror story, never mind all the failing nationalised institutions the Scottish Government is responsible for.
All will be ignored as the Yes folks play with their IndyRef train set again. Nothing would be fixed by independence but plenty would get worse.
