NOVAK STILL PALS WITH JAILED BORIS
NOVAK DJOKOVIC has revealed he’s been passing messages to Boris Becker through his family as the German serves time in prison.
In April, Becker was found guilty of hiding £2.5million of assets after being declared bankrupt in 2017 and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years.
He coached the Serb for three years, helping him win six Grand Slams and 14 Masters 1000.
Ahead of his clash with Miomir Kecmanovic today, Djokovic said: “I’ve been communicating through his family. I consider Boris family. I greatly appreciate, respect and care about him.”
