Rice guy finishes first with Gers

RANGERS have beaten Celtic to the signature of Motherwell’s Bailey Rice.

Gers have agreed a significant five-figure fee with future add-ons to land the Scotland Under-19 cap.

Both clubs tabled bids while there was interest from Premier League outfit Brighton but the 15-yearold midfielder has decided to move to Ibrox.
