New Doctor can’t wait to fight Daleks
NEW Doctor Who Ncuti Gatwa has revealed he is yet to start filming and is “chomping at the bit” to tackle the Daleks.
The Sex Education star, 29, arriving at the South Bank Show Awards in London yesterday, said: “Of course I want to take on the Daleks. They are classic. I am super excited.
“Filming has not started yet and I know nothing about my Doctor.”
He said he is keen to have input on his costume: “I know the Doctors have their own style and I will have a say on what it is.”
Dunfermline-raised Ncuti said show bosses are keeping mum on the new series, adding: “They know I have a big mouth.”
He said his dream guest star would be Gillian Anderson playing a baddie.
