He stands to lose it all

LAST night, as this twisty new drama began, we met ambulance control room operator Gabe – a young man clearly learning the ropes on the job.
A normal day in the office turned into one of the worst of his life when a woman making an emergency call admitted to killing someone.
To make matters worse, she recognised Gabe’s voice on the phone, alerting his colleagues to a possible connection.
As the episode continued we discovered the woman was an important figure from his childhood, called Sam, but he hasn’t seen her for years.
She convinced him to move the dead body for her, leaving him in real jeopardy. His bosses have already noticed something is up and last night’s cliffhanger saw supervisor Anthony answer a phone call on Gabe’s mobile from Sam.
Tonight, Gabe is in a terrible state as he desperately tries to keep huge secrets from his workmates (and the police), while attempting to cling on to his job and protect Sam.
He knows that Anthony is piecing everything together but is surprised when he makes him an offer – he’s willing to keep quiet about what Gabe has done, but in return he wants him to deliver a mysterious parcel to a stranger.
The suggestion soon turns to blackmail as Anthony realises he holds Gabe’s fate in his hands.
With Gabe panicking, it feels like the walls are closing in.
He soon realises he won’t be able to deal with this situation without confronting his difficult past and addressing the truth about his relationship with Sam.
