Goons use vile tactics to dodge democracy
PUTIN has launched major election nobbling operations over the years to secure the Russian leadership position. However, his methods are constantly evolving and this time round they have included using the votes of dead soldiers to twist the result. but it also includes his goons doing the following:
■Installing electronic polling stations to monitor turnout, enabling calculations to be made and instructions given, in order to adjust the result by stuffing ballots and raising the ruling party vote illegally.
■Fraudulent electronic generation of votes that are non-existent.
■ Use of rolls of non-existent voters with passport and ID numbers to stuff ballot boxes. bussing in fake voters.
■ Using duplicate ballot boxes in order to add fraudulent pro-government ballots. Alteration and generation of fake election returns.
■ Intimidation of government officials.
■ Imposition of “place-men” in polling stations.
■ Intimidation of opposition supporters.
■ Repeated voting by the same people.
■ block voting using lists of personnel in the military.
■Detention of opposition officials.
■ Fake withdrawal of opposition candidates.
■ Production of fake financial “kompromat” against opposition candidates.
■ Deliberate absence of electoral officials to prevent the registration of the opposition candidate.
■ Closing and sealing of candidates’ offices by the Tax Police.
■ Fake opposition posters containing “black propaganda”.
■ Intimidation of opposition by deliberate surveillance.
■ Prohibition of political meetings and rallies.
