Bernardo has shown flashes. However, not enough to splash out £6m. That’s too expensive.
Fans hoped for another Jota but he has only delivered in flashes. His Old Firm strike was a glimpse of his capabilities but moments like that have been too few and far between. I’d look to spend the cash elsewhere.
Not for me. There hasn’t been enough evidence to suggest he’s a £6m player. That type of money requires an impact week in, week out. If they were to lose Matt O’Riley then Bernardo isn’t of the same quality.

You’d think United should prove too strong given the quality of their squad and the cash they’ve spent on it but they’ve repeatedly offered Raith Rovers chances to hang on. If United don’t win the league, they’ll only have themselves to blame.
Watching United capitulate to Dunfermline last week was an eye opener. They have the better squad but their form is all over the place. Next weekend is huge at home to Raith and whoever wins that will have the momentum. I fancy Rovers.
