PAM: TELL Grief-stricken grandma meets mum of

PAM Coker wants answers when she visits the mum of one of her grandson’s killers. As we revealed last week, griefstricken Pam is desperate to know what drove the four thugs to brutally attack Paul.

Her husband Les was mortified when she said she planned to visit them in prison.

But following a heart to heart with close friend Honey Mitchell, the pair track down Diane, whose son is one of Paul’s killers.

Diane agrees to a meeting but Pam knows Les will disapprove of her actions and decides that it’s best not to tell him.

Feeling a little nervous, she confides in Kathy who decides to accompany her. As our picture shows, Diane also looks uneasy as she arrives to talk to the two women.

But viewers will have to wait to see whether Pam gets the answers she needs or if speaking to the killer’s mum just makes things worse.

An EastEnders insider said: “Pam can’t get her head around why Paul had to die.

“She is desperate for answers and hopes Diane will help her. It’s all very awkward at first as Diane is clearly on the back foot. “Kathy helps Pam to open up about how she’s feeling. It’s a very sad meeting but whether it does Pam any good remains to be seen.” Watch the tense faceto-face between the women on BBC One a week tomorrow.
